Closer partnership for customers

T-Systems has become a member of eight additional SAP partner initiatives. This means more expertise and better service for T-Systems customers.

Within the scope of the new partner initiative, T-Systems and SAP will intensify their cooperation in sales and project phases. The companies will also host joint customer information events. Additionally, SAP will give T-Systems employees insight into new software projects. This is why SAP has included T-Systems in several different partner initiatives. Deutsche Telekom's business customer brand is now a member of four collaborative business initiatives (CBIs). These initiatives include the following topics: "Governance, Risk & Compliance," "ERP Financials," "Human Capital Management Talent Core Processes" and "Shared Service Center" for Human Capital Management/Finance.

Recognition for expertise

SAP also named T-Systems a special expertise program partner in four areas, acknowledging T-Systems' high degree of know-how and the reliable cooperation. This recognition extends to the topics of SAP ERP Human Capital Management (SAP ERP HCM), SAP ERP Upgrade, SAP BusinessObjects Solutions for Governance, Risk and Compliance as well as to SAP NetWeaver Master Data Management & SAP BusinessObjects Solutions for Information Management. SAP selects partners based on their project experience, the number of trained and certified SAP consultants and the degree of customer satisfaction.
